Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use thecodekeeper.com or buy Printables Studio from TheCodeKeeper LLC (“THECODEKEEPER”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. What we sell
Printables Studio is downloadable software for designing wedding and event stationery (such as invitations, details cards, signs, place cards, seating charts, envelopes, address labels and catering lists) and saving it as PDF or image files. It is delivered as a zip file containing a single HTML file that opens in your web browser, plus your license and instructions.
Printables Studio is sold in the 12 packages below. Each package combines a license (Host, Planner or Stationer) with a level (Essentials, Signature, Complete or Forever). The packages and comparison table on our website describe exactly what each one contains.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
System requirements
- A computer with a current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari. Saving PDFs works best in Chrome or Edge.
- Software that can open zip files (built into Windows and macOS).
- No internet connection is needed to use the studio after download.
3. Orders and payment
- Payments are processed by Shopify Payments on our Shopify checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices are shown in euros (€). Any VAT or sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
- A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic. After payment you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@thecodekeeper.com. If a download link expires, we’ll send you a new one.
5. Your license
Printables Studio is licensed, not sold. When you pay, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the package you bought. What you may do depends on the license in your package:
- Host (Personal License): create printables for your own events and for events of family and friends, with no payment involved.
- Planner (Professional License): everything in Personal, plus create printables for unlimited client events as part of your planning, styling or design service.
- Stationer (Commercial License): everything in Professional, plus sell personalized printed or digital stationery made with the studio, and show your own business name in the studio.
No license allows you to resell, share, sublicense or give away the studio file, its designs or your download link, or sell blank or editable templates made from our designs.
The full terms are on our License page, which forms part of these Terms. The studio software, designs and artwork remain the property of TheCodeKeeper LLC. The fonts included are open-source and come with their own license (OFL), listed in your download.
6. Updates and upgrades
- Essentials, Signature and Complete include free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Forever includes every update and new collection we release for Printables Studio for as long as we continue to develop it.
- We send updates by email as a new download link.
- You can upgrade to a higher package at any time by paying only the price difference. Email us with your order number.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
Because the product is a download, sales are generally final once the download starts. We do refund when the studio doesn’t work and we can’t fix it, when it isn’t as described, and for duplicate charges.
If you live in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that ends once the download starts, because at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right. Details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Your content
Your text, names and guest lists stay on your own device. We don’t receive them. You are responsible for what you create, and for having the right to use any names or information you add. Don’t use the studio to create anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.
Before printing in quantity, check spelling, dates and a test print. Colors and results vary with printers, screens and paper.
9. Use of the website
Don’t misuse our website. For example, don’t try to break its security, scrape it, upload malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.
10. Our responsibility
We provide Printables Studio as described on our website and fix defects we are told about. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the studio is provided “as is”.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, printing costs or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Consumers: nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded. This includes, in the EU and UK, your rights when digital content is faulty or not as described, and liability that can’t be limited by law (for example, for fraud).
If you use the studio for a business (Planner or Stationer licenses), you agree to cover claims against us caused by your breach of these Terms or the License.
11. Problems with an order
If something is wrong, please email us first. Most issues are solved within two business days. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Consumers in the EU, UK and other countries also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live, and may bring claims in the courts of that country.
Customers in the United States: any dispute that we can’t resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You may choose to hold it remotely or in Sheridan, Wyoming. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action. This paragraph does not apply where the law does not allow it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
