1. The short version

2. EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends once the download starts. Before checkout, you expressly ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. We repeat this in your order confirmation email.

If you haven’t started the download, you can still withdraw within 14 days of your purchase. Email support@thecodekeeper.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel, and we’ll refund you in full.

Your legal rights when digital content is faulty or not as described are not affected by this section.

4. When we don’t refund

5. Upgrades instead of refunds

Bought Essentials but need guest list import? Or a Host license but now plan events for clients? Email us with your order number. We’ll send you a link to pay only the price difference and give you the new package.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@thecodekeeper.com with:

  1. Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. What happened, and which browser and computer you use.
  3. Screenshots of any error, if possible.

We reply within two business days.

7. How refunds are paid

8. Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually solve the problem faster. This doesn’t limit your right to open a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
