In short: we collect only what we need to sell you the studio and help you. The studio runs on your own computer, so your wording and guest lists are never sent to us. We don’t sell your personal information.
2. What we collect
When you buy
Our checkout is run by Shopify. It collects your name, email address, billing address and country, your order details and technical data such as your IP address and device information. Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us

When you visit the website
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.
When you use Printables Studio
Nothing is sent to us. The text you type, your photos, your guest list (including any addresses) and your settings are stored only in your own browser on your device. If you save a project file, it stays on your computer.
